The rental includes access to the following:
• One 6-foot table for serving food and drinks
(If additional tables are needed, please notify us in advance)
• 4 six foot tables and 20 chairs + living area seating
• WiFi access
• Bluetooth speaker
• Bathroom access (no kitchen)
• Adjacent parking lot and street parking available
Renter is responsible for bringing all event supplies, including but not limited to:
• Food and drinks
• Cups, plates, napkins, utensils, tablecloths
• Ice
• Supplies/materials for any activities
• Decorations
